Some pictures of the Delaware River as it passes Morrisville, PA
Just north of the Calhoun Street bridge, kayakers and a young family enjoy the Delaware on a hot summer day.
Just south of the Calhoun Street bridge, the Delaware runs low, slow and clear across the "Falls of the Delaware" at the end of the summer.
There is a large mouth bass at the front side of that rock.
Morrisville has more bridges than anywhere else on the Delaware River. Below are the Calhoun Street bridge, the "Trenton Makes" bridge, the Route 1 bridge and the railroad bridge.
It takes a pretty good cold snap for the river to freeze up like this.
