In the 1960s Joseph Matinas was a well liked science teacher at the Morrisville High School. His enthusiasm for science, teaching and public service carried over to his duties at the Morrisville Pool. Instrumental in the start up and running of the pool his contributions to the Morrisville Pool, the high school and the entire community are greatly appreciated.
